On 1st of December 2017, Louis Goh & Co. was founded by Goh Jun Geng, Louis in Penang with the view of delivering practical and innovative legal solution to both individuals and corporate clients.

Goh Jun Geng, Louis
Sole Proprietor
Louis Goh is the sole proprietor of Messrs Louis Goh & Co. He obtained L.L.B. with Second Class (upper) honour at University of London. He was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor in 2014 after having done his chamber pupillage under Mr. Wong Yee Chue of Messrs Y.C. Wong.
He was then working as a Legal Assistant at Messrs Murali & Associates from year 2014 until November 2017. During the tenure with Murali & Associates, he was involved in a broad areas of law which include personal injury claim both acting for the claimant and the insurance company, corporate works, civil litigation, commercial litigation, criminal litigation, conveyancing, winding up matter, probate and letter of administration, drafting of legal agreements, will, trust and etc.
He had been constantly involved in cases at Magistrate Court, Sessions Court, High Court and also Court of Appeal.He also actively involved in preparing sale and Purchase agreement, loan documentation from the beginning stage until the end of the files for Public Bank Berhad, Am Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank, United Overseas Bank, CIMB Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad and etc. As such, he has the expertise and knowledge of the whole process of loan documentation in order to protect the financier’s interest.
He is highly motivated, has excellent rapport with the clients and is well known for his ability to negotiate with difficult customers and his motto is “Nothing is Impossible”.
Chee Foo Wei, Eric
Legal Assistant
Eric Foo Chee Wei obtained L.L.B. with Second Class (upper) honour at The National University of Malaysia. He was admitted and enrolled as an advocate and solicitor in June 2017 after having done his chamber pupillage at Messrs Syarikat Ng & Anuar.
He was then working as legal assistant at Messrs Murali & Associates from September 2017 to May 2018 and subsequently as legal assistant at Messrs Khor Lai & Partners from July 2018 until February 2019.
Eric Chee Foo Wei is currently a legal assistant at Louis Goh & Co. practicing mainly in the civil litigation department.Eric Chee Foo Wei has been in active practice in various areas of Civil Litigation such as debt recovery, probate and administration, family, contract, accident matter as well as conveyancing related matters.
Khor Yee Chin, Esther
Legal Assistant
Esther is a Legal Assistant in the firm’s corporate & business advisory division. She graduated with a LL.B (Hons) from University of London in 2012, and holds a Certificate in Legal Practice. Esther chambered at Messrs Gan Teik Chee & Ho. She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2014.
Esther has advised clients on various types of commercial agreements, such as Sale & Purchase Agreement, Shareholder Agreement, Franchising Agreement, Licensing Agreement, Tenancy Agreement, Supply Agreement, Purchase Agreement, Put Option Agreement and so forth. She has also involved in some corporate exercises, for instance, sales of shares of company incorporated in Indonesia.
Prior to joining Louis Goh & Co, Esther worked as a Legal Assistant in Messrs Khaw Cheow Poh & Associates and Legal Executive in Texchem Corporation Sdn Bhd.
